If there is a playground for Columbus' ultra chic, it's Miranova. The Downtown highrise is home to several of the city's movers and shakers, and its neighboring restaurant, M, lures diners with its fine cuisine and luxe vibe.   There is perhaps no more perfect a backdrop for showcasing saucy summertime style.
