If you’re in the market for diamonds—from engagement rings to wedding and anniversary bands—you’ll want to stop by the Diamond Cellar this Friday and Saturday for its annual Bridal Event. Typically the Dublin jewelry store can only keep a few hundred rings in stock at a time. But this weekend’s event will offer thousands of rings from nine of the Diamond Cellar’s favorite designers. “Each designer we’ve chosen has its own niche,” says buyer Sara Kravetsky. For example, there will be A. Jaffe’s classic look, the vintage feel of Penny Preville, and wedding band company Christian Bauer, which offers comfortable rings for men. Dresses from La Jeune Mariee in Worthington will be stationed around the store, along with bouquets from Ritzy Rose, and wedding cakes designed by Jan Kish Le Petite Fleur, that complement a matching jewelry suite. The icing on the cake? Rings will be sold at discount prices—15 percent off diamond bands and 20 percent of non-diamond bands. “It’s well worth it to come in. We do not discount our bridal lines because a lot are priced at suggested retail,” Kravetsky says. “We do this once a year and it’s the best value to come.” The event is this March 9, 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., and March 10, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the Dublin location at 6280 Sawmill Road.
